A gentle slow and deep grounding Hatha MOON practice focusing on seated folds and twists to prepare the practitioner for Yoga Nidra. The sequence, which varies weekly, will focus on stabilizing the body and mind through the use of asana(postures) & pranayama(breath awareness/control) in order to prepare the aspirant for deep relaxation and the benefits that come from the assimilative practice of Nidra.
