Introduction to HATHA Moon Practice 2

Continue to build stability in both the body and mind through deep grounding practices of MOON. Breath work will be introduced to assist in moving energy downward as we focus on twists. The sequence will focus on letting go, while we stabilize and ground the body and mind. Led by Tina Stoy with Sheri Russell providing hands on assists.

Guided Meditation: “Still Lake of the Mind"(I am not my thoughts, but that which experiences the mind thinking). Led by Sheri.
