Introduction to HATHA Moon Practice

Build stability in both the body and mind through deep grounding practices of MOON. Breath work will be introduced to assist in moving energy downward as we focus on forward folds. The sequence will focus on letting go, while we stabilize and ground the body and mind. CO taught by Tina Stoy.
